Food Waste Reduction Series

This program is in development and will be piloted  in 5th-Grade classrooms by Winter 2026

In partnership with Leah's Pantry, this six-week series explores how our everyday food choices impact the environment, highlighting food waste reduction as an primary solution to current environmental challenges. Lessons explore the links between food production and environmental stewardship and unpack how food waste drives resource depletion, environmental degradation, and climate change.
