I’m a Hoosier native and lifelong fitness and diet enthusiast. I didn’t learn about good nutrition until well into adulthood and wanted to make sure Indianapolis kids don’t have to figure things out the way I did. I have four children of my own and the same KIN lessons we teach in classrooms are taught in my house everyday!

Brie Bell

Director

I grew up in Terre Haute, Indiana where my mom showed me and my siblings the importance (and love for!) home-cooked meals. Today, I continue to love cooking and baking when I’m craving the occasional sweet treat. I’m passionate about giving back to my community, which includes sharing my love for food and healthy habits with the children of our community.

I grew up in Indiana where my family showed me what it means to live a healthy and active life. Some of my favorite memories are riding bikes together, hiking on weekends, and gathering around the table for home-cooked meals. Those experiences are a big part of why I care so much about health and wellness today. Working with elementary school students to help them see the fun and value in nutrition and exercise has been such a joy!

Justin MacNeill

Director

As an Indiana native, I grew up around hearty Midwest diets. Fortunately, from a young age, my parents often emphasized maintaining a healthy diet and active lifestyle, and I enjoyed many well-balanced, home-cooked meals growing up. I always enjoy trying different cuisines from around the globe to add some variety to my plate. I find it extremely fulfilling to help elementary students hopefully get a leg up at the beginning of their nutrition journey!
